Cherished Retreats is a luxury retreat curation brand and part of the Cherished Group. Cherished Retreats is affiliated with InteleTravel UK, under ABTA membership number P7384. InteleTravel UK are appointed agents for our suppliers who are ATOL holders. These terms govern your use of cherishedretreats.com.

2. What we do

We help you discover and plan luxury spa, yoga, wellness, fitness, couples, group and honeymoon retreats. We provide inspiration, recommendations and an introduction to suppliers who can deliver the trip. Bookings themselves are made with the relevant supplier under their own booking conditions, and you will be informed of those before any booking is confirmed.

3. Using the website

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when enquiring.
• Not misuse our forms, copy any of our content without permission or attempt to disrupt the site.
• Use the site for personal, non-commercial enquiries.

4. Content and intellectual property

All copy, photography, video, brand marks and design on this site are owned by or licensed to Cherished Retreats and the Cherished Group. You may not reproduce, redistribute or use them for any commercial purpose without our written permission. Press and partners can request approved assets from our Brand Kit.

5. Pricing and availability

Pricing and availability shown on the site are indicative and depend on the supplier, destination, dates and party size. We will always confirm the final, accurate price in writing before any booking is taken.

6. Liability

We take care to make sure the information on cherishedretreats.com is accurate, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or up to date. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website itself. Once a booking is made, your contract is with the supplier and their own terms, cancellation policies and ATOL/ABTA protections apply.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
