Cherished Retreats is a luxury retreat curation brand operating as an Independent Travel Advisor under InteleTravel UK and part of the Cherished Group. References to "we", "us" and "our" in this notice refer to Cherished Retreats. 2. What information we collect

When you enquire with us, we may collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number (if you choose to share it).
• Details about your trip — preferred destination, dates, occasion, number of travellers and budget.
• The message you send us and any preferences you mention.
• Marketing preferences, if you opt in to receive occasional emails.
• Basic technical information such as your browser and approximate location (for analytics, subject to your cookie consent).

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Reply to your enquiry and help you plan a retreat.
• Share supplier options, suggested itineraries and pricing where relevant.
• Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations as a travel advisor under InteleTravel UK / ABTA membership P7384.
• Send you marketing emails, but only where you have explicitly opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Legal bases (UK GDPR)

We rely on the following legal bases under UK GDPR: consent (for enquiry forms and marketing), contract (when we are arranging a booking on your behalf) and legitimate interests(for example, to keep records of correspondence or to detect fraud and spam).

5. Who we share it with

We may share your information with:

• InteleTravel UK and our suppliers — only as needed to fulfil your enquiry or booking.
• Other companies within the Cherished Group, where helpful for your enquiry (for example a wedding venue introduction).
• Technology providers who help us run our website and CRM under appropriate data-processing agreements.

We never sell your personal information.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as is reasonably needed to respond to you and for any booking we arrange, and then for the periods required by tax, accounting and consumer protection laws (typically up to seven years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your information where there is no overriding legal reason to keep it.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent at any time for anything you previously consented to.
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
